These were excellent! I didn't have quick oats, so I made some simple granola with 3 c. old fashioned oatmeal, 1/2 c. ground flax seed, 1/2 c. wheat germ, 1/2 c. coconut flakes, a little agave nectar and a couple tbsp canola oil, baked on 300 for 30 minutes (stirring 1/2 way through). I let it cool, then made the bars per the recipe, using a mixture of macadamia nuts, crasins and cho. chips. Fabulous recipe and not too sweet, either! Thanks!
