COLLEGE INN® Savory Turkey Pot Pie

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2008
In response to Miss 1977 this pot pie freezes well for extended times. I use the "Seal-A-Meal" method and all my dinners give me rave reviews.

Baked French Fries I

Fantastic way to make fries! Adding other veggies to make along with this is even better to go along with the meat of a meal. WAY-TO-GO!

Grilled Eggplant Moussaka

Reviewed: Oct. 23, 2007
Tastes good but I did not understand the instruction in step 4 that said "whisk in 1/4 cup of the thickened milk" How do we get here? I just put in the milk and it does taste good.

North Carolina-Style Pulled Pork

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2007
Taste great , and you can adjust the salt intake by changing "celery salt" to "celery seed" and "garlic salt" to "garlic powder". It does not change the taste.

This is a very good recipe but is a spin off of the German "Rouladen". No plagiarism please.

Hamburgers and Ketchup Gravy

Reviewed: Jan. 21, 2009
For taste 5 stars. For ease of cooking 3 1/2 stars and for family health 2 stars. 1463 mg of sodium is far too much for my families arteries to process. Good? YES, good for you NO. I'll pass on this one.

Lazy Perogies

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2010
I may be rating this higher than I should. It is very time consuming, tastes only fair and has far more Calories: 271 | Total Fat: 10.4g | Cholesterol: 48mg than I would ever feed all the thin ladies that party with us. If there were only guys coming over it would be a fifferent story.
