The cooking engineer
About this Cook
I am a retired electrical engineer and I LOVE to cook! Being an engineer and cooking has something going for it, exactitude.
My favorite things to cook
German, Mexican, Tex-Mex, Chinese foods are my favorite followed by southern and Texas cooking.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I was born in Prussia, Germany now a part of Russia and I really like to follow my family ways passed on to me via my Grandparents. I believe my paternal grandmother could make dirt taste good!
My cooking triumphs
Rouladen, Recipe published in Pearland, Texas c. 2000, rouladen
My cooking tragedies
French Crêpes blows me away, but I have since mastered the Crêpes.

Lazy Perogies
I may be rating this higher than I should. It is very time consuming, tastes only fair and has far more Calories: 271 | Total Fat: 10.4g | Cholesterol: 48mg than I would ever feed all the thin ladies that party with us. If there were only guys coming over it would be a fifferent story.

Baked French Fries I
Fantastic way to make fries! Adding other veggies to make along with this is even better to go along with the meat of a meal. WAY-TO-GO!
