My cooking triumph was making a whole Thanksgiving dinner.

My cooking tradgedy was cooking dinner for my (soon to be husband at the time)...I was cooking chicken in mushroom sauce and was too excited that I was cooking for my honey, that I forgot to cook the chicken all the way. It was pink in the middle!..How embarrassing!!!

Easy Meatloaf
It was very good!...I tried it with ground chicken and it came out great!...the family loved it so I will be making it again!

Lola's Horchata
Very good recipe!...I used Jasmine rice with this recipe and it came out very good!...also I found that you really don't have to wait 3 hours...I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes and it still had a very good flavor!

Simple Sweet Potato Soup
This recipe was very good. I thought it was going to be very bland on the other hand it was very good. I advise not to use a whole lime for the recipe but other than that it was awsome with some crusty bread!
