I thought this dip was just ok. Easy to make, but way too salty for me. I've never been a fan of processed cheese though. Cooked well in my smaller crock pot and people seemed to enjoy it at the party I brought it to...

tasted just like when my mom cooks it! it came out excellent! i used all drumsticks (they were on sale) and cooked w/ the skins on for more flavor.

Hearty Split Pea Soup

I thought this soup was very good and easy to make. I used packaged cooked ham and found that it didn't really add any flavor. I think next time I may cook it with an actual ham bone to add more of that smokey ham flavor. Otherwise a great recipe; my boyfriend's mother couldn't stop telling me how great it was!
