Creamy Garlic-Green Bean Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2010
I think this recipe is pretty good, easy to make and tasty. Next time I am going to try frozen spinach and artichoke instead of green beans.

I think that this is a wonderful pie filling!! I used a grahm cracker crust and I added a meringue topping, I put a little more sugar in the egg whites than you normaly would to make it more like marshmellow. It tasted like a smores!!! I am going to fix it for Thanksgiving!!! YUMMMMY!!!

Cola Pork Chops

Reviewed: Oct. 8, 2008
This dish is so simple and yummy! I like others, rolled my chops in flour and browned them first. I served them with mashed potatos and put some of the sauce on them, it is really good.

Garlic Bread Fantastique

Reviewed: Oct. 7, 2008
The best garlic bread recipe that I have found and very simple to make but I do suggest leaving out the sauce until you taste the mixture and then salt to taste, I left my salt out. This mixture also makes wonderful dipping sauce for bread sticks and pizza.

Kay's Spaghetti and Lasagna Sauce

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2008
YUUUUMMY!!! Fast and easy pasta sauce!! I don't care for eating garlic but I love the taste so I used the whole clove and let them simmer and took them out when it was finished. I also used only half the sugar that is called for and added some fresh diced zuchinni. I also added a can of small can of tomato paste and about half a can of water. Put mushrooms in and didnt use the peppers. Added more basil and oregano to my taste. It is soooo good!! This sauce is as good if not better than my granny's and hers took hours to prepare and cook.
