Sesame Broccoli Salad

This was a very simple recipe. I find it always helps me to read other reviews and this time was no exception. I bought the Pillsbury Grands and it worked out very well. Also, I thought I had cheddar in my frig, but I only had shredded mozzerella. It worked out well with the substitute cheese. My boyfriend and co-worker enjoyed them.

Sloppy Joe Spaghetti

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Hot Pizza Dip

Definitely tasty and easy. We dipped breadsticks - and I had to slap the hands of the double dippers!! But everyone loved!! I highly recommend it!!

Brownie Footballs

I would have gave it 5 stars if the white drizzle was easier. The brownies were packaged, so there is no comment there. Everyone loved them (even if the laces looked crazy) at our Superbowl party.

Caramelized Baked Chicken

I substituted chicken tenders for the wings and made a honey mustard dipping sauce for our Superbowl Party. That cut down tha fat content and kept the flavor. It went over very well. I feel better that mine was not the only one that didn't caramelize. It was still very tasty.

Bruschetta al Pomodoro

This was very easy. I added some balsalmic vinegar to bring some more flavor to it. My first attempt did end with burnt bread because I had it too close to the broiler - so be careful!

Chocolate Pretzels

I can't give this any stars because the chocolate just burned up - it didn't melt. Perhaps I need a more specific type of chocolate - kisses don't melt in my oven. I was a bit bummed because it sounds delicious.

Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole

This was very quick and easy but my casserole came out more like corn bread. I will try less corn bread mix and more corn next time. Overall it was pretty good!
