Peanut Butter Cake III

Turned out delicious! Did have to bake longer than specified. Also, I used store bought frosting instead of the homemade.

Slow-Cooked, Texas-Style Beef Brisket

I haven't made this yet, but I was looking at the bad reviews. I noticed some people scaled the recipe down for 4 people then complained that the brisket was burned. If you're using a 1 1/2 to 2 lb brisket, you can't cook it for 24 hours. You would have to reduce your cooking time. Try it again and see!

Herb Turkey Rub

This turkey turned out DELICIOUS! My husband has told several people about this recipe and my brother in law asked for the recipe so he can make it for Christmas. The only thing I changed was substituting regular worcestershire sauce for the "white wine" variety, which I couldn't find. We'll definately make it again!!
