The word "heavenly" doesn't even begin to describe how delicious this is! Oh, my gosh, there was none left over at the Christmas party! It was a huge hit and I adore it! I couldn't keep my hands off of it!

Oh, my Lord...this is heavenly and oh so easy! After you make, though, chill it in the fridge..it is so divine!

Quick Cheese Biscuits

These were really good, but the cooking time is long...be careful because the bottoms will burn. Watch every few minutes. Other than that..they were really good!

Marinated Rosemary Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2007
It was pretty good, but it doesn't need to be cooked as long as the recipe calls for. Had I not done a quick check at the 45 min. mark, it would have burned. Yipe. Otherwise, it was fabulous!

Sauteed Garlic Asparagus

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2007
I also added balsamic vinegar and shredded cheese like another user said and didn't leave it on as long...that is why I gave it only 4 stars..it was fabulous though, but make sure to do these changes!

Parmesan Potatoes

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2007
It was pretty good, but there is a certain taste to it that I haven't managed to identify or get rid of. It needs some sort of salt or something...I think that would make it better.

Army SOS Creamed Ground Beef

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2007
It is a little bland which is why I gave it 4 stars, but I added some garlic powder and sauteed the beef in olive oil and that gave him some flavor! Otherwise, it is great! :)

BBQ Chicken Pizza II

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2007
Can anyone say fantabulous?!?! (Is that even a word??) That was the best pizza, I have ever eaten and DH loved it, too! :) We did not use the veggies, because we're not big fans, but it was so easy and great tasting! Better than pizza chains! We used Boboli's pre-baked pizza crust and Kraft Honey BBQ and it came together so good! I will make this again and again!!! :)

Chicken Pot Pie II

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2007
My DH loves Chicken Pot pie, so I decided to make this for him. He said it was bursting with flavor and he loved it. I left the celery out (DH hates celery), but he loved this. It is a little involved to make the "innards" but it makes a LOT...so I put half in a pie and froze the rest for another night! :) DH gives this recipe five burps! :) (That is how we rate the goodness of the food *LOL*)

This has its good points and bad points...the good is that everyone loved it and scarfed it down during Thanksgiving...the bad point is that everyone loved it so much, I have to make 5 of them for Christmas and I am going to be worn out! *laugh* Ain't that great?!?! :)

Dorm Room Chili Mac

My husband absolutely adored this chili mac and he has had a lot of chili mac in his days. He said it was the cheese that made it the best...I put lots and lots of shredded cheese in it. It was great, so easy, and fast!

Chocolate Chess Pie I

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2007
This was my first pie ever! It was so easy and my husband raved! One thing that someone else mentioned...cover the pie edges with foil, because it will burn to a crisp! I caught it half way through and saved the pie, but make sure that you foil the crust!

Perfect Pumpkin Pie

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2007
This was so easy to make...and there was a suggestion of heating the pumpkin, spices, and salt before mixing the milk and eggs was an excellent suggestion. It really does help take away the "canned pumpkin" taste. This was my 2nd ever pie to make and it was so easy. The length of baking did cause burning edges on the pie, so I just covered in aluminum foil and it came out just perfect!
