I have been married for a 2 years. My cooking has greatly improved since our first year of marriage. I love to try new dishes, especially pasta dishes. Weekly we sit down to a new dish and bottle of two-buck chuck, a perfect night for us!

When I was making a cake and put the batter in what I thought was a bundt pan. I put it in the oven and found out that it was auctually a plastic jello mold!

Spinach Lentil Soup
This soup was soo yummy! I subsituted the rice for Barley and added milled flax and turkey kielbasa to make a little healthier. Overall a great first time experience with Lentils, I will definitely serve again.

Easy Hummus
This is a good basic recipe. I tweaked mine, first adding some olive oil, dried red pepper flakes, only 2 cloves of garlic, chili powder and the key ingredient...fresh cilantro. The cilantro really did the trick, overall it was a hit. Next time I will only use one clove of garlic and use some of the bean reserve to make it smoother. Thanks for the recipe!

Easy Granola Bars
This recipe is so easy and tasty. I added some milled flax seed to make it a little more healthy. I also added a tsp of vanilla for some flavor.. Very good, will use again!
