Cinnamon Honey Butter

Very good flavor. I didn't use canned green chills, instead I cut up one jalapeño pepper and it was very tasty with a lot of flavor. I also simmered longer to let the flavor mesh. Even better the next day when the flavors mixed longer. Next time I will added crispy tortilla chips onto and maybe a dollop of sour cream.

Out of this World Turkey Brine

This made a perfect turkey for us this Thanksgiving. We had a 16.7 lb bird and I didn't change the proportions grilled the bird for 3 hrs.

Grilled Beer Chicken

I was not impressed with this recipe. I have made beer can chicken so times that this recipe fell flat. It lacked flavor and was not as moist as the original Beer can chicken.

Kalua Pork

The BEST pork I have ever tasted! My husband usually has 3-4 helpings each time I make it. So tender and moist. Great alone or as BBQ pork sandwich, or as a quesadilla! Simply wonderful!

Slow Cooker Chile Verde

Great recipe! To thicken it, crush up some tortilla chips and add to finished stew. It will not change the flavor. Instead of canned peppers, I sauted super cayanne peppers with the onion and garlic. Wonderful spice and flavor!
