Mom's Cheesecake

I really did not like the consistency of this cheesecake....much too eggy and you could hardly taste the cream cheese, so disapointing because the batter tastes wonderful. You can find a much better recipe with half the cooking time and way better, more consistent results.

White Chocolate Chunk Cookies

The best cookies I've ever made...we ate a whole sheet of them that night! I used baking powder instead of soda by accident and omitted the nuts.I also didn't chill the dough and even with minor changes they came out great.We took them out when the edges started to brown and they were perfect, I even overcooked one batch by 3-4 minutes and they were still very good.

Absolutely wonderful! The outsides were a little cakeish for me but the middle's were TO DIE FOR! Definitely do not overcook.

Garlic Mashed Red Potatoes

Soooo good. I added way more garlic (about 6 cloves!) and added a little garlic salt also. We ate a whole batch in one night, a two pound bag of gourmet small red potatoes!

Blonde Brownies I

Very good recipe! I made a different one from the internet previously and they were too flour tasting for me...these were delicious although next time I would double the recipe like others. Also I would let totally cool before removing from the pan~ I greased my glass pan with crisco and they still stuck a little and crumbled whern trying to take out. Best served heated up with vanilla bean ice cream on top and caramel smuckers topping!

Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms

These mushrooms were devine!! Bacon made this recipe a home run! Makes enough filling for 24 shrooms, will use the extra to stuff chicken breasts tomorrow!! Thanks for such a great recipe.

Curried Honey Mustard Chicken

very good recipe....I added way more cayenne pepper for an added kick. Next time I would double the marinade for more sauce for leftovers and to pour over rice.
