I loooooove food. I talk about it all the time. I swear up and down to my boyfriend that I'm in the wrong business (currently CAD design). There is nothing better than cooking a homemade meal. Too bad I don't feel that way about cleaning. =) I'm half Cambodian half Caucasian, parents met during the Vietnam war. My food has a southern and asian influence, but I really like everything!

Zesty Coleslaw
Perfect! It's exactly what I was looking for. I added a little more horseradish for the extra zing. We went to a deli that made a warm ham, swiss, sweet relish, and horseradish slaw and although it sounded strange it was delicious. Now I can make the sandwiches at home. Thanks!

BLT Dip
This was Yummmmmmy and I don't normally eat raw tomatoes. I used this as another topping on some twice baked potatoes from this site and it was outstanding. I will definitely make this again. Bacon always makes things better!

Rich Chocolate Frosting
This stuff is delicious and so easy to make. I cut the recipe in half for 36 cupcakes and it was more than enough. I added slightly more cocoa for more chocolate. I will use this recipe a lot!
