Bacon Cheddar Deviled Eggs

I halved this recipe, just to make a snack. Different than traditional deviled eggs, because you don't get the sour vinegar taste, but good in their own right. The crunchy salt bacon makes them very tasty. Next time I would put more cheddar, didn't taste the cheese.

Pretty Chicken Marinade

Chocolate Chip Cookie Ice Cream Cake

This was a huge hit, but I changed a lot. Did the chocolate chip cookie bottom crust in a 9x13 and lined the sides with Oreos. Used hershey chocolate syrup in between two layers and just spread the top layer of ice cream (it had melted too much too scoop). Topped it with some crackle syrup and served with whipped cream, my fiance could not have been happier. Great base recipe!

Spaghetti Carbonara II

I had never had nor made this dish before. I thought it was good, but it need a little something more. and I'm not sure what. It was better re-heated. I added frozen peas and sauted creminis, and mixed noodles with egg sauce in a bowl instead of in the pan.

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Great recipe, and so easy. I made mine with boneless chicken tenderloins to cut down on the bake time, added some hot pepper flakes as others had suggested. I also double the sauce and did half white sugar half brown. Will make again.

Skillet Chops with Mushroom Gravy

I have made this recipe a few times and its great. So easy to do and the gravy is so tasty. I used equal amounts of breadcrumbs and parmesan and added the left overs to the gravy. Definitely a standby in my house for pork chops.
