Bruschetta Chicken Bake

I loved it with the balsamic vinegar. I used wheat bread stuffing mix, however. Next time, I will use regular. Very tasty.

Sweet and Spicy Pork and Napa Cabbage Stir-Fry with Spicy Noodles

I really loved this recipe. I made it exactly as stated. The only thing I might do next time is skip the cornstarch. I felt it made the sauce a bit slimy. Other than that, I will definitely make again.

Yum. Big hit, especially with a floater of raspberry liqueur. Will make again.

Way too much alcohol for my taste. Didn't like the way it separated.

Made for Brett's International Food Day. Not a hit with the kids, but I liked it. Next time I'll try with egg noodles.

Absolutely delicious. I used a small head of cauliflower, 6 cups of both, 1 cup of half and half, a few Tbl. of sherry, tarragon, thyme and tobasco. Yum.

Easy Baked Tilapia

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2007
Great flavor and very healthy. I used olive oil instead of the butter. Also added onion powder, whole wheat bread crumbs and parmesan to the topping. I also used fresh broccoli and cauliflower and just briefly steamed it before baking. Served with rice. Delicious.

Honey-Mustard Salad Dressing

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2007
This was good, but a bit too creamy for my taste. I substituted maple syrup for the sugar which added a nice flavor.
