Glazed Carrots

Reviewed: Mar. 11, 2008
These were good, but a little sugary I thought. I may reduce the sugar next time. I used one large bag of carrots, instead of bags of baby carrots. I also used one pack of lipton ranch dressing instead of two smaller ones. My husband loved them.

Tilapia with Creamy Sauce

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2008
This was good, but I did make the modifications suggested by other reviews. I substituted 1/2 tsp dried dill in place of 1 Tbsp fresh, I used much less lemon juice, I salted the fish first, and added heavy cream to the sauce because it was too thick, but you could use milk too, I just had the cream on hand at the time. My cream cheese did curdle, but I whipped it with a wisk when I added the cream and it was fine. My husband liked it and he isn't a fan of tilapia.

Salmon Cakes II

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2007
My family really liked these and have requested them several times. But i omitted the hot sauce because of my kids. I baked them the 2nd time I made them per another review, but they fell apart a bit, so I will add an egg next time.

Old-Fashioned Potato Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2007
The first time I made this it wasn't creamy enough. So the next time I made it I cooked the onions, flour and milk longer until it was thick, then added it to the potato and carrot mixture. It was much creamier and my family really likes it. I will keep making it.
