Norwegian Waffles

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2011
This was runny and tasted like baking soda. I've gone over the recipe and my steps (followed it) three times to see if I did something wrong. Nope.

Easy Pancakes

This is a nice recipe if you're up for modifying it radically. I used 1/2 C WW flour, 2 t baking powder, 3T sugar, 1T pysllium husk plus walnuts and bananas. Pretty good but a whole new recipe.

Waffles II

Reviewed: Oct. 13, 2008
simple, fantastic, elegant and yummy. They were easy to make and fun to modify. I always try to cram nutritious ingredients into everything for my 4 year old so this was perfect for adding, molasses, psyllium husk and wheat germ.

Very tasty! I modified it by using broccoli instead of zucchini and half and half instead of milk. Quite yummy but FATTENING!

Zucchini Pineapple Loaf

FABULOUS. I'm always making dishes that I can cram veggies and fiber into that my finicky three year old will snarf down. This bread went fast, she loved it and was just so proud of her poo a few hours later!

Banana Fritters

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2007
This is a great way to fatten up your skinny three year old! I added walnuts, vanilla and a tablespoon of ground flax seed. Then pan fried in 100% olive oil. She's been eating them all morning!
