Panera's Lemon Chicken Orzo Soup

Yumm! Made this soup last night. It is very similar to Panera's soup. I added a bit more lemon, as I prefer a stronger lemon taste. Super easy to throw together. I will be making it again.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

Great cookies! Used a little extra vanilla to fit my taste. The dough is really easy to work with if you use lots of powdered sugar on your work surface, roller, and the dough. Keep the extra dough cool in the freezer while you work. Love these cookies with the sugar cookie icing from this site by JBS BOX.

Beef Bulgogi

YUMM. Doubled the recipe and used the leftover marinade cooked and thickened with corn starch as a sauce for steamed rice. Served with grilled asparagus. Husband said it was his favorite meal ever!

YUMMMM. These were sooo good. I added some chopped pecans left over from Holiday cooking and they were awesome. Perfect dense, chewy, rich brownies.

Slow Cooker Chicken Creole

It was good but seemed like it was missing something. After adding in some hot sauce and brown sugar it was great! I used chicken legs and thighs and the meat was falling off the bone.

Cajun-Style Catfish

Wonderful basic recipe! All I had on hand was some "italian seasoning" so I used that and I didn't have any butter spray so I used butter on the fish and butter with a little canola oil in the pan. I was wondering if the instructions were right when it said to only coat one side of the fish withthe seasoning. It was! There was the perfect amount of seasoning on the fish and it had such a wonderful texture.
