Three Berry Pie

Great basic recipe! I def agree with other reviewers when I say that you need to increase the cornstratch. I used 1/4 cup as suggessted and my pie was not runny at all. Great recipe! Delicious!

French Silk Chocolate Pie I

Reviewed: Jul. 15, 2008
So good! Wow! So rich and smooth. My did not turn out grainy at all, it was perfect texture. I just beat each addition of egg for literally five min on med speed, and it turned out wonderful! I dont know if I would want more filling like others suggested, it is sooooo rich but so good. I just layered it with a nice thick layer of coolwhip and each slice tastes better and better. I followed the recipe exactly and i plan on doing that next time as well.

Pecan Pie V

Reviewed: Jul. 15, 2008
Yummy! I followed the recipe exactly and it was great. The only thing next time is I made double the filling - just to make the pie last longer, I think I ate alot more in one sitting than neeeded becuase it was that good. What I love about this recipe is that it does not use corn syrup therefore I was able to use the splenda baking blends and nonfat milk - which does not do much but still makes me feel a little bit better about eating it! :)

I dont know what I did wrong but it turned out unspreadable. Im giving it three stars in honor of my error - because it still tasted good, but I had to throw it away. :(

Restaurant-Style Coleslaw I

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2008
Very good. There was a little too much liquid after it chilled, so next time I will cut back a little on the lemon juice or vinegar. But overall excellent - tastes exactly like what you would find at a restaurant!

Dawn's Candied Walnuts

So good! I used splenda and nonfat milk and I put them in a salad with blue cheese crumbles and a light cranberry vinaigrette dressing and they added so much to it! I also just love to make them to snack on since they are a great, healthy snack and so satisfying! GREAT!

Artichoke Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2007
SO GOOD! WOW! I made this for dinner and it was so yummy! I added mushrooms and onions, and I did half LF mayo and half LF sour cream - about 1/2 cup each. I also used some lemon juice and oregano. I just topped with cheese before baking, instead of putting it in the mixture. I paired it with some good garlic mashed potatoes, pesto flat bread, and a nice wine and it was perfect. My husband said "it was better than any restaurant would make!"
