Strawberries and Cream Cake

This is a great and fun cake to make! I made this cake twice and the first time I made it I greased the pans with butter and flour which was a huge mistake, the cakes stuck to the bottom and came apart even after the 10 min I let it cool. But the next time I used pan grease for the sides and bottom and then I used parchment paper on the bottom and the layes came out perfect! And to frost the cake I first crumbed the cake with a crusting buttercream icing to keep the whipped cream from running out of the sides and the with the creamcheese frosting.

Irresistible Pecan Pie

Great Pie! Although it browned a little to fast, but that is all part of having an electric oven the heating coil are horriable so next time i will just cover the pie with foil when it start to brown to fast!

Sweet Potato Pie I

I love the smooth texture of this pie, there are no sweet potatoe strings in it at all. The taste is sweet but not to sweet. Thanks for the great recipe!

Brooke's Best Bombshell Brownies

OMG! These brownies were great. The only thing I changed was using 1.5 cups brown sugar and 1.5 cups white sugar. They came out so gooey moist and yummy!

Super-Delicious Zuppa Toscana

This soup is soooo good! It is creamy with just a little heat. I was out of spinach so I usd kale and it came out great.

Blackberry Cobbler

Love this recipe!! I took the advice of another poster and added half of the dough on the bottom in 1/4 cup of butter and rolled out the othe half and put it on top and drizzeded the top with the 1/4 c of butter. Came out awesome!

Rolled Fondant

I have used this fondant many times. I replace the glucose syrup with 9 table spoons of light corn syrup and add about 1/2 cups more of powdered sugar. Rolls out soft and it is easy to color.

Red Velvet Cupcakes

I love this recipe as written. I have used it at least a dozen times for cupcakes and a shaped cake. I made a patron bottle cake from is and a book and I get lots of cupcake orders for it. It is moist and has a nice crumb.
