*I HATE squash* But this was DELICIOUS!!!! I even went back for seconds! I've had squash once in my life and my tongue attempted to run away. My neighbor had too much in his garden and brought over some to share. Oh joy, what am I going to do with this??? I found this recipe with such a high rating I decided to try it. It is a little greasy, and I forgot to cook my onions when I boiled the squash. They were slightly crunchy and I like them this way. We did half the recipe, just in case I hated it. I will DEFINITELY be cooking this again! Again, I HATED squash...until I had this.

I searched all over for a toffee cookie bar recipe and was unsuccessful. I found this one and like the others, the mix was too thick. I added 2 eggs, about 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts(or almonds) and a cup of chopped heath bar. They were the talk of the office the next day at work!
