Absolutely delish, and made the house smell so good!! I served it with sour cream, cheese, and buttered tortillas. Managed to save just enough for me to have leftovers for lunch. Thanks for the great recipe--will definitely make again soon!

Chipotle Burgers with Avocado Salsa

We LOVED the avocado salsa made exactly as recipe specified! The burgers were awesome...the mushrooms kept them so moist. However, though we love spicy, we dediced to use just two of the chipotle peppers and some of the sauce for 1 lb of hamburger and they had the perfect amount of heat for us. Great recipe!!

Honey Mustard Dressing II

I was making chicken tenders and wanted something besides ketchup for dipping. Whipped this up real quick and we loved it! Very yummy and super easy. I will never by bottled honey mustard again! Thanks!!

Creamy Chorizo and Chicken Soup

Made this last night and it was DELICIOUS. Very easy to put together and loved the aroma throughout the house. I used 2 cans of hot rotel and 3 cups of chicken stock. Added some cilantro as garnish along with the cheese and sour cream. Will be making again--thanks for the recipe!

Sour Cream Pork Chops

We did the searing of the chops in a cast iron skillet, assembled everything there and put it in the oven for 45 minutes. Delicious--the sauce made it.

Caribbean Fish with Pineapple Salsa

YUMMY!! Made as written. Husband and I both enjoyed this. The salsa could be used on any fish and I found it quite addicting... I made extra and took it for lunch by itself.

Slow Cooker Italian Sausage Subs

Very easy! Threw everything in the crock pot and turned it on before leaving for work. Loved the smell when we got home and the whole family enjoyed these. Did put them under the broiler to melt the cheese before serving. Thanks for the recipe...will make again.

Seared Tuna with Wasabi-Butter Sauce

This is one of those dishes you have and wish you had leftovers! Absolutely YUMMY!! I used rice wine vinegar, more wasabi, and 1 stick of butter and it was fantastic! We will be making this again and again. Thanks for the delicious recipe!

OH MY! This turned out so very good! I could have eaten them as a meal--and probably will next time! The only change we made was use canned petite diced tomatoes because we had them on hand, but it was still wonderful. Thanks!

Green Onion-Parmesan Mornay Sauce

My husband made this and it is the best I have ever eaten. He made the Chicken and Cheese Stuffed Jumbo Shells from this site and used this sauce to bake instead of the tomato called for in that recipe. I cannot express how rich and cheesy they were--I crave this stuff!

HEAVENLY!! Though we made a few changes, in lieu of one of the chicken breasts, we used 1/2 lb italian sausage--YUM. Also, instead of the red sauce, we covered these with the green onion-parmesan mornay sauce from this site which was so very rich and cheesy! Had some shells left over and those we put red sauce and cheese on. Two totally different flavors, but both very good! Excellent recipe that we will use for guests in the future! Thanks!
