Authentic Cincinnati Chili

Really great!! Use very lean meat so skipped the day before stuff and used ground spices. Also did not cook w/the onions. Was fantastic!!!!

Very good! I made it as a sauce , just added more fat free half and half and served it over capellini. Everybody loved it! Forgot to put in the mozzarella cheese and it was still great!
