Mom's Zucchini Bread

Delicious, moist, and just sweet enough! I decided to add chocolate chips at the last moment, but I don't think it needs them! Next time I'll try it without!

This was spectacular! I also doubled the rum and espresso and it was the perfect amount. I made it in a springform pan so I could decorate the sides with more ladyfingers. I did what another reviewer suggested and dipped the ladyfingers lengthwise in the rum/espresso and then flipped them over in the pan to let the liquid soak down. Not too soggy at all! I waited 24 hours to try it and it only got better after that! A great recipe!

Asian Roll Lettuce Wrap

WOW! This was delicious! Both meatballs and sauce had a wonderful, gingery zing! Don't go light on the garlic and ginger! I used ground beef instead of ground turkey. I may have over-broiled my meatballs, but with a little added sauce, they were moist again. I had a little trouble keeping the meatballs in the lettuce wrap while I was trying to eat it, but it hardly mattered! Terrific recipe, highly recommended!

Curried Cauliflower

I'm a curry lover and I had cauliflower to use up, so I decided to try it. I made this exactly as directed and the flavors were not good (I am not the type to make a recipe wrong and leave a bad review). The mayo and cream of chic soup were just wrong with the curry. I still think curry would be nice on cauliflower but next time I'll figure out my own sauce.
