Oven Fried Chicken III

Reviewed: Sep. 4, 2008
I pretty much followed this recipe, except I did my own thing w/the seasonings. paprika, lots of garlic powder, alittle curry powder & cayenne, salt & pepper. I didn't measure anything. I whisked the mayo & milk for a smooth consistency & added the spices. Then I dipped the thighs(w/bone) into mayo-milk then coated the pieces with plain breadcrumbs-I baked for 30min.(uncovered)then flipped them over for another 30min. So moist & crunchy!!! Will definitely make again w/other chicken pieces & spices. Make sure to line your dish w/foil, makes the clean-up a breeze.

Vanilla Pumpkin Pie

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2007
I only made 2 changes, Instead of white sugar I used Splenda, & I increased the vanilla to two and a half tsp. of PURE vanilla extract. WONDERFUL!!! If your looking to cut back on a few calories, try the splenda, still very sweet. Place a nice size dollop of cool whip & VIOLA!!! So easy to make & yummy! ENJOY

Chocolate Peanut Butter Nirvana

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2007
First I couldn't believe I had all the ingredients to bake this cake, I'm usually shy of atleast 1 item. I followed the recipe exactly as it said-except I did bake for 65min. It popped right out of the new silicone bundt pan I just bought and this cake was a big hit in our house. I already had my own chocolate frosting and waited for the cake to cool down before I layered a thick topping of it on top-YUMMY
