I pretty much followed this recipe, except I did my own thing w/the seasonings. paprika,lots of garlic powder, alittle curry powder & cayenne, salt & pepper. I didn't measure anything. I whisked the mayo & milk for a smooth consistency & added the spices. Then I dipped the thighs(w/bone) into mayo-milk then coated the pieces with plain breadcrumbs-I baked for 30min.(uncovered)then flipped them over for another 30min. So moist & crunchy!!! Will definitely make again w/other chicken pieces & spices. Make sure to line your dish w/foil, makes the clean-up a breeze.
