I generously coated both sides of the wings with Cajun seasoning before letting them soak for hours in Louisiana Hot Sauce. I used a freezer bag as opposed to having them sit on baking sheets.
Like some people suggested in their feedback, I used a 6-oz bottle of sauce for a pound of wings.
