Urban Legend Chocolate Chip Cookies

I added dried cranberries, toasted pecans and salted the tops with sea salt. Also used the 70% cacao chips.

Peach Muffins

Very good muffins but still not the exact peach muffin I am looking for. Our local store, Wegmans, makes the best ever but only for one month of the year.

ABC (Absolute Best Chewy) Chocolate Chippers

I am forever trying to find the best choc chip cookies. These were very good but not exactly what I was looking for. They turned out chewy and I like crispier ones. They make perfect, beautiful cookies.I will save the recipe though.

I have made this several times as well as a few other recipes on the site. Hands-down, this is always the best. I actually beat my egg whites first, save and fold in when whent the recipe says.

Cauliflower Casserole

Creamy Buttercream Frosting

This recipe worked out very well for me. I ave a Kitchenaid mixer and was able to drop it in and go. Very easy. I might use unsalted butter next time because the salt taste was a little too preminent.
