i have no idea why reviews are so high, my pork chop was tender but overcooked (go figure). and my kitchen was a disaster after using nearly every type of dish i own to clean, bread, fry, bake, soak, and serve the meat.

Pumpkin Fudge

awesome dessert with coffee! i followed the recipe exactly, used a candy thermometer, added pumpkin spice and more cinnamon, its like a melty explosion of creamy pumpkin goodness! POINTS OF NOTE : foil not necessary i used a non-stick pan and a light coating of spray no problem, the initial mixture boils down so don't be concerned you are making too much after adding the mellows, candy thermometer reached right temperature exactly at 18 mins on full boil so i'd say thermometer not necessary, i hesitated it was cooking too hot but it turned out perfect, choc chips took forever to melt so i finally just gave up and let some of the chips stay chunked but tastes just fine

White Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

oh my goodness, yum! very rich and sweet. i made mine smaller than recommended and found the best baked ones were rolled into a ball, then slightly smooshed, and cooked for 7 mins. i cut the recipe in half and ended up with plenty to freeze. amazing when fresh from the oven and for only 7 mins cook time it's a great quick dessert!

i followed the recipe exactly, yummy but the sauce overpowered the fish - maybe too much lemon like others posted. Otherwise quick and delicious, would make again.

excellent, followed recipe, next time the only modification i make will be to thicken the sauce. i recommend spending a little extra for good ingredients, it was worth it.

Cranberry Chutney I

AWESOME! I have never had cranberry chutney before and made it on request for thanksgiving this year and ... wow! Easy and fun (you get to watch the cranberries burst open as they cook) and a big hit.
