Apple Streusel Muffins
Excellent and easy. I did double the filling and topping like other reviews suggested. I don't think I needed to. It made 12 large muffins and 12 large mini muffins ~ as I only have 1 muffin pan and 1 mini muffin pan. Enjoyed by all.

Cherry Snowballs
Very tasty.. I did dry off the cherries and added a little cherry juice to the dipping mixture. I had a hard time rolling them in the coconut. It could have been something I did wrong. They will definately be on my Christmas cookie list.

Slow Cooker Barbecue Ribs
BRAVO! Not only do I NOT enjoy cooking, I am a terrible cook. These ribs were simple & fabulous. I followed the recipe word for word. My husband was extremely impressed. I only wish I could have taken credit. Thank you, April
