World's Best Lasagna

I did make some changes but I still give this recipe full credit for creative direction. I cheated and just used a bottled sauce that I jazzed up considerably with extra basil, oregano, etc.. I doubled the garlic, finely chopped so it could be more even dispersed and omitted onions but used onion powder instead. Also, I'm not fond of sausage so I just used ground beef. Turned out great!! The family loved it and nothing went to waste! Will be using this again! Thanks for sharing. :)

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches

I marinated my pork in a bag of spices and a little barbecue sauce for one whole day before cooking, to really get that flavor in there. I cooked my boneless ribs overnight (10 hours) in the broth. This morning I shredded it and stored in the fridge. For dinner, I mixed in Sweet Baby Ray's and baked it for 20 mins and it turned out DELICIOUS! Will definitely be making it this way from here on out. Thanks for sharing!

To Die For Fettuccine Alfredo

This sauce is fantastic! I do think the butter is a bit much for me, so next time I may half that ingredient and see how it turns out. All-in-all, this one is a keeper! :)

Baked Ziti II

I'd never made ziti before this recipe and it turned out very well. It was so yummy I took some to work and was complimented on it!! One thing I especially liked about this dish was the fact that it's still very good when reheated. I will definitely be making this again!

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes

Ok I followed the recipe EXACTLY with the exception of the onions. I hate onions. I don't know if that flavor is what makes this dish or what but it turned out sooooo bland I didn't even finish what I put on my plate. It looked and smelled so good, I just don't know what happened...

Chili Cheese Dip I

I've had a similar dip at a party and was excited to make this one but I was really disappointed with how it turned out. It felt like it was really missing something so I added some hot sauce to mine which gave it a little more flavor but it wasn't anything I'd make again following this recipe.
