Emily's Famous Tiramisu

I use this recipe and it is flawless. The only thing that I don't do is the handmade lady fingers, I use Goya Lady Fingers, because they are crispy and when you soak them they become cake texture.

Beef Stroganoff III

I have tried various recipes and this is by far the best. I usually add or change an ingredients to the recipes found in this site, and this recipe, I always follow to the 't'. Thanks for sharing!

Chocolate Lovers' Favorite Cake

This is delicious! I only used 4 eggs, I find that 7 is way too much egg taste. I also made some quick changes to the recipe. I soaked mixed raisins (golden, red) in brandy before I added them to the mix. I also made a mild brandy vanilla custard that I poured over the bread pudding when I served it. Very yummy!

Deluxe Egg Rolls

I used hot chili sesame oil instead of the sesame oil. It gave it a good spicy bite. These were really good a lot better than take out! Will try them again.
