Gorgonzola Stuffed Chicken Breasts Wrapped in Bacon

Excellent recipe. I used feta instead of blue cheese because that's what I like. I cooked the onions and garlic before adding it to the cheese. I also pan seared the chicken after it came out of the oven to crisp it up. Very good.

Chipotle Crusted Pork Tenderloin

Seven Layer Taco Dip

Always a big hit at parties. But you simply MUST put the taco seasoning in the sour cream mix, not the refried beans. It's the only way to do it. :)

Very very tasty dish. I used ground chicken instead of beef, added fresh chopped garlic with the onion and chicken, and omitted the provolone because I can't get that cheese in Belgium.

World's Best Lasagna

The only change I made was adding a large green bell pepper and next time I make it (the day after thanksgiving) I will add another clove of garlic. It tasted very fresh!
