Fried Pork Chop
I've always baked pork chops, so this was new for me to fry it. The coating was tasty, but didn't stick and wound up in the pan. The other reviewers added more spices to their mixture, and some did a flour coat, egg dip, flour coat. That seems to be the most favorable. I'll try one more time, and , if I don't get it to stick better, it's back to baking for me!

Ricotta Cake
Made it for a party was nice, moist, but nothing as great as the other reviewers seemed to think. I think, if I make it again, I would add a flavoring to the ricotta mixture, other than vanilla, perhaps some Sambuca or almond extracts...just to jazz it up!

Roasted Garlic
I cut off the top third, drizzled the olice oil, and added some freshly ground pepper and salt. I did it in my toaster oven, for 50 minutes at 400 degrees. The house smelled amazing! (and I didn't have to heat up the whole kitchen). I put the leftover head in a ziplock and microwaved it 2 days later, to add to some butter for crab! Excellent, and so cheap to do.... local restaurants make such a deal when they give you a roasted head of garlic with bread for dinner....who knew it was this simple?
