Had a group of 10 people over and everyone loved this! Made a double batch and everyone went back for seconds! I guess everyone can like broccoli!! The only change I made was using mayo with olive oil and I blended the dressing!

Mexican Baked Fish

This recipe was YUMMY and very easy to make!! My only recommendation would be to chop or mash up the avacado instead of slicing it. Otherwise the flavoring was Great!!

Classic Chicken Noodle Soup

This soup was good, I made it because I have a very bad cold and wanted a good homemade recipe. It was pretty good, but a little bland. I added 2 cloves of garlic while saute the veggies and oil. I also left out the peas. Great recipe ENJOY!!

Libby's® Pumpkin Cheesecake

This has been a family favorite for years! The first time I made it, everyone cringed at the thought of a "pumpkin" cheesecake! Now I cannot attend a family Thanksgiving without bringing this one! I've also cooked them in individual cupcake holders to take to work, this way its already portioned out!! Needless to say it's one of those timeless cheesecakes that never gets old!! ENJOY!!

This was tasty, I seem to have a problem getting my eggplant tender though. I followed the recipe, but our eggplant was still pretty tough... It was tasty!

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

Cheesy Chicken and Rice Casserole

This was really very good!! At first I thought it sounded a little strange placing cubes of bread on top, but once you taste it all together, it's very good. My husband and I both enjoyed this!
