Asian Orange Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2010
Loved this recipe. I'm always looking for asian type recipes and this was a hit! Left out the orange zest since I didn't have any oranges and the red pepper flakes and it still came out delicious! My husband said definitely a keeper!

Banana Banana Bread

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2010
I always have leftover ripe bananas and have tried many banana bread recipes and this one is by far moister than any other. I also added some chocolate chips.....wonderful!

Buttery Soft Pretzels

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2009
These pretzels are wonderful! They taste like the ones you get at the mall. I also basted them with butter before baking. I made some with kosher salt and some with cinammon and sugar. It's definitely a keeper!

Chocolate Chip Banana Bread II

Reviewed: Mar. 8, 2009
I have tried many banana bread recipes and this one is the best! Since I only had 3 bananas, I halved the recipe and omitted the nuts because my husband does not like them. I also substituted Splenda for the sugar. This is definitely a keeper!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2008
These cookies were easy to make. I did make a few changes though; I used Splenda in place of the sugar and Splenda Brown Sugar blend and they turned out great! Nice big, fat cookies! The recipe made exactly 18 cookies.

Campbell's® Tuna Noodle Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 13, 2008
I've never made a tuna casserole, but my husband likes it so I decided to try this recipe with a couple of changes. Instead of egg noodles, I used elbow macaroni and used french fried onions. It was delicious! Next time, the only thing I would change is to half the recipe since it is only the two of us.

Coffee Shop Corn Muffins

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2008
My husband loves corn muffins and we can't find any decent ones in the store that he likes, so I tried this and he gave it a thumbs up! Will definitely make again.
