Hello there. My name is Joyce and I live in Florida. I have three children ages 22, 17, and 13. I love cooking for friends and family. I especially love cooking at the holidays and having everyone over to our home. I enjoy making new recipes from allrecipes and sharing with others. I also LOVE using my crockpot! This is indeed my favorite recipe site. I would say my all time favorite food to eat and cook is eggplant parmegiana. My neighbor grows fresh eggplant and I cook the parmegiana. We all have dinner together and enjoy one anothers company. My daughters tell me that they love holiday cooking with me. We always spend quality time cooking, laughing, and sharing stories while making delicious holiday meals together. I am very proud to say that I just made chicken and dumplings for the first time this week and it was fabulous! I was so happy to have found the recipe here and try it. I was getting over a flu and did'nt want to buy canned chicken soup. The leftovers were even better the next few days after making it! I tried making barbeque ribs in my crockpot as I am not the best grill cook. This was a complete disaster but my three chihuahuas just loved them! : )
