Chicken and Dressing Casserole

Great recipe, add minute rice with 30 minutes to go - best rice ever! Just make sure you have 2 cups or more of chicken broth. Will make again!

Black Bean, Corn and Turkey Chili

This was delicious, only I added 1 can of crushed tomatoes, and one can diced tomatoes with green chiles. I also put all ingredients in a crock pot after browning the turkey and cooked on low for 8 hours. Fantastic!

Cajun Chicken

Delicious! I doubled the recipe for the dry ingredients. I didn't have any nuts, and used thighs instead of breasts, and the chicken turned out fabulous. I served it with spanish rice, black beans, and corn. I'll def make again!!!!

delicious! if i had more time, i would marinate the chicken. also, i'd use the whole can of enchilada sauce and one more chicken breast. quite tasty, with a kick!

Grilled Chicken Noodle Soup

I sauteed the mushrooms and onions in olive oil and minced garlic, then added cooked frozen mixed vegetables to them. After cooking the chicken, I shredded it and added it to the vegetables. In a crockpot, I heated 6 cups of chicken broth, and added some parsley. I added the chicken/veggie mixture to the crock pot and cooked on low for 6 hours. I cooked 2 cups of egg noodles separate and added them to the soup for 10 minutes. Voila! It was nice and thick and tasted great with some grilled cheese on the side!
