Baked Ziti I
I've made this a million times and everyone loves it. I mix the sour cream and the ziti noodles (and I have to admit that I'm a bit heavy-handed with the sour cream so it is definitely not dry!). I've also started doing half ground beef, half italian sausage. Add some fresh basil on top and it is just divine. Seriously, people rave about it and I'm known for this baked ziti.

Blueberry Streusel Muffins
These were okay but very sweet (and I LOVE sweet stuff but it was too much for me). Tasted like cake.

Asian Beef with Snow Peas
I doubled the sauce (as recommended) and went heavy on the ginger root and garlic to ensure a good strong flavor. Used better beef than called for based on prior reviews. Wish I could give it 4.5 stars because it was really good but not the best I've ever had.
