Pumpkin Bread IV
I want to thank all of you who have taken this recipe and made it their own. I too make adjustments. I continue to make all size breads and muffins as gifts wrapped and tied with fall ribbon, as well as for my boys who are now men and still cannot wait for Oct. and Nov. when I make this bread for the fall. (sometimes Dec. I am a seasonal baker.) What I do for gifts is to take my batter divide it, put mini chips in one part, hold my loaf pan kind of holding it on a tilt, put half choc.chip batter one one side and then fill the other side with plain batter smooth the two together and top with roughly chopped toasted walnuts. This way I can give a choice when cut from both sides. I did post a photo finally. Not a cut look though. I will take another photo to show how that looks this week and post another photo. I just wanted to take the time and let you all know that I appreciate your kind words. Thanks Cheryl
