Reviewed: Aug. 11, 2010
Easy and very tasty! We had a b-day party and were serving walking tacos so this went perfect with the theme! So easy to make.

Sausage Casserole

Reviewed: May 19, 2010
I have been searching and searching for a really good breakfast bake and this is so far my number one! I don't understand why people change the recipe so much... if you do, then you're making a totally different bake and should just enter your own recipe! I couldn't find the sage sausage so I just got regular Bob Evan's pork sausage. I did add 8 large eggs since I didn't have jumbo eggs. I also chose the O'brien frozen potatoes with the green/red peppers---it was SO GOOD!!!!

Easy Cheese Ball II

Reviewed: Nov. 6, 2008
I made this for a work potluck-- I had serveral people ask me for the recipe! I was shocked because it's so easy! I used light cream cheese, sharp cheddar cheese, added real bacon bits, and used slivered almonds instead of the pecans. It looked pretty and tasted great! I too left it in the fridge over night to set.

Salmon with Creamy Dill Sauce

Reviewed: Oct. 25, 2007
This recipe was fantastic! I went salmon fishing for the first time just brought home 22 lbs. of fresh salmon. I had no clue how to cook it so I've been searching and trying new recipes. This was wonderful! I really liked the presentation with the lemon wedges/onion slices and the dill sauce was so much better than tartar. I served it with baby red potatoes and cream corn. I will definitely be making this again.
