As the recipe stands, I give it 4 stars because I think it's too sweet. But that can be easily rectified by making the sugar syrup as in step 1, setting half of it aside, then continue with the recipe as written. When finished, add more of the reserved sugar syrup (or not) to taste. Forget Christmas, this is wonderful all year long! Oh, and to give this a Swedish twist, serve with raisins and/or slivered almonds in the mug. Absolutely divine.

Josephine's No-Bake Granola Bars
The principle was great, but this way FAR too sweet for my family's taste. I use natural PB without any sweeteners, and I still think even leaving out the brown sugar entirely would be plenty sweet enough. I'll try it again without the sugar, but as written, I think it's only just 'ok'. Sorry. :-(

Easy Cheese Ball II
Rating this as it's written, I'm giving it just 3 stars because it's WAY too salty (and I love salt). Cut the dressing mix amount in half, and this goes up to 4 or even 5 stars, depending on the cheeses selected. I rolled the leftovers into small 'tubes', wrapped individually in plastic wrap, and put them in the freezer for stuffing into chicken breasts. They were FANTASTIC and a great way to avoid waste.
