Fried Rice Restaurant Style

We made this tonight and followed the advice of other reviewers. I cooked the rice in chicken broth and added green onions and chopped up leftover ham. We also added some oyster sauce and used frozen peas and carrots. We will be making this again!

Barbecue Ribs

These were so easy to make and so tasty. I used one rack of baby back ribs (2 lbs) and cut the marinade in half. I marinated them for about 2 hours before finishing on the grill. Only substitution was some regular yellow mustard for the dry. This is my favorite new rib recipe.

Heavenly Hot Dog Sauce

This was my first attempt at making chili sauce for hot dogs, so I followed the instructions exactly. This was perfect, and everybody wanted more. I wouldn't make any changes.
