Sausage-Potato Casserole

This got rave reviews from my husband and two kids, no small feat. It reminded me of potato/sausage dishes we enjoyed on a trip to Switzerland. A definite keeper!

Mexican Baked Fish

Very, very good. I used swai/basa (a mild white fish) and my kids and husband loved it. For extra kick, I made it with Monterrey Jack Cheese instead of cheddar. And it took 25 minutes for the fish to flake. A definite keeper.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

I used 1/3 C. Parmesan cheese because we aren't big fans of American cheese, plus it gave a nice bite to it. I cut the celery and added 3 large carrots, chopped, instead. It was really delicious! Great with a salad.

No Bake Key Lime Pie

Fabulous! This turned out beautifully. As other people had recommended, I waited to add the cream stuff til it had cooled a bit. Also, I froze it to harden it in time, and it turned out great! Thanks for a delicious recipe!

Taqueria Style Tacos - Carne Asada

The meat was fabulous... great marinade! I didn't like the salsa, though, and ended up using a nice storebought one, instead. That was disappointing (and I had followed the recipe to a "tee"). Overall, though the rest of it was great, and I will definitely make this again! Thanks!

White Chocolate Grapes

So good. I served these at a kids' birthday party, and they were gone fast... both the adults and the kids loved them! I ran out of peanuts, so I smashed up some pretzels, which turned out great.

Nutty Wild Rice Salad with Kiwifruit and Red Grapes

I thought this looked good, and the basic recipe was okay. But it was pretty bland, at least for my family's taste. I added some ginger, paprika, and lemon juice. Even then, it wasn't that great.

Asian Slaw with Chicken, Cherries and Ginger Dressing

My family really enjoyed this recipe. I took it as a starting point based on what I had available in my kitchen. This time, I added crispy asian noodles, mandarin orange slices, and toasted almonds. Yum! We'll definitely eat this again.

Lemon Chicken Tenders

This is awesome! One time when we weren't in the mood for the lemon sauce, I followed the recipe to that point, and then spread petite diced tomatoes and some Italian seasoning over the chicken for the last 5 minutes. Voila! Chicken parmesan without the butter! It's delicious.

Chicken with Red Grapes And Mushrooms

I took the advice of other users and used white wine and some garlic. It worked, even though I used whole milk instead of heavy cream. I thickened it with flour, as someone else suggested. It was delicious!
