Perfect! I followed the recipe exactly. I doubled it and baked it in a 9 x 13 for about 25 minutes. Came out perfect. So easy and delicious!

Pie Crust III

Reviewed: Sep. 28, 2009
Very good. Considering there is no butter or shortening, it's super super easy. I did 4 stars because I added a dash of salt and a few sprinkles of sugar, figuring that would make it better since I was making a dessert. Yum!

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

Reviewed: Sep. 28, 2009
Came out very very good. I made it exactly as shown, and found that I had to add more salt and white wine to suit our tastes. Other than that, it was great!

These are awesome! Followed the recipe as stated except I used a little more peanut butter and low fat cream cheese. Excellent! Nice and moist/fudgy.

Overnight Coffee Cake

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2008
I'm giving this 5 stars simply because it was so easy to prepare and so easy to make. Who doesn't want a cake that you can make the night before and throw in the oven the next morning!? And in my opinion, it came out very very good. The one thing I did different was I baked it for only 35 minutes. I think 45 mintues could've dried it out. It was fully cooked after 35. Delicious and Easy!!

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

Reviewed: Jan. 27, 2008
YUM!! My husband also said it's the best pie he's ever had. The only thing I did differently is added tons of cinnamon. This will be the standard apple pie recipe from now on.

Followed it almost exactly. No oregano and used bnls country style ribs. Great flavor. It makes a ton of sauce for rice or another side dish.

Banana Muffins I

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2007
Considering they're low-fat, they're very good. Husband is not a big fan of "healthy" baking, and he didn't even notice and loved them. 2 yr old loved them too. I used lite sour cream, it's all I had.

Peppered Bacon and Tomato Linguine

Reviewed: Nov. 30, 2007
This was really good. We love garlic so I added a ton of it, along with some white wine while simmering the tomatoes. Didn't have peppered bacon but that was fine, just sprinkled a good amount on while frying. I also used regular yellow onion instead of green. Yummy! Thanks for the idea!
