Creamed Cooked Cabbage
I made the recipe as written although I did increase the oven temp to 350 - only because I wanted to be sure the cabbage was cooked through. Very nice mild flavor with a bit of sweetness. I served it with pork loin that I made in the crock pot and it was a nice marriage between the two dishes. I would make this again. YUM!

Autumn Pork Roast
I've made this recipe dozens of times. It's my teen-age sons favorite. I've tried it with the squash but prefer it with just sweet onions. Other then that I've altered nothing, except omitting the cinnamon because my spouse doesn't like it. Delicious!

Homemade Albondigas Soup
I admit. I was skeptical about this recipe, but it was very easy and delicious. The only adjustment I made was to add 1 tsp cumin and 1 egg to the meatball mixture. I chose to brown the meatballs in the over at 350 for 15 mins instead of pan frying (less messy). I served this with chopped fresh avocado and a squeeze of fresh lime. Very tasty. I will definitely make this again.
