This is pretty tasty! I used a powdered cheese (made by Kraft) instead of regular cheese, and that gave it the flavor without the sogginess from the cheese. I took this to a party, so I used the butter sparingly so that it wouldn't get soggy either. The kids loved it!

Chicken Casserole Del Sol

This recipe was delicious!!! It's a perfect creamy casserole for chilly winter evenings! I made the recipe exactly as directed, but ended up with way too much to fill the size dish recommended. That was ok though -- now I have one in the freezer for another day!

Grandma's Green Bean Casserole

I have made this 3 times now, and get rave reviews each time!! It's still a good, creamy casserole, but a nice change from the regular cream of mushroom soup recipe! This one's a keeper!

These little guys are great! They are time-consuming to make, but well worth it! I also found it easier to cut off the tops and fill them that way. I also added a little sour cream to thin the filling slightly.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

This was by far the best cut-out cookie recipe I have ever tried! After the dough was chilled it was very smooth and easy to roll out! The cookies taste great - very buttery!
