Chicken Spaghetti III
This is sooo good! I have tried other chicken spaghetti recipes trying to find the one my aunt made when I was a kid. This is it!!! The only thing I changed was that I used two cans cream of mushroom and just a little less cheese than called for. Please do not substitute the cream of mushroom-- it totally makes this dish! Oh, and I didn't have chicken breasts so I boiled about two pounds of chicken thighs--- it was delish.

Crispy Bacon and Sweet Onion Omelet
Thank you for sharing this super easy technique! I have never had luck with making omelets, but when I saw that other readers were having luck with this method, I decided to give it a try I followed the directions exactly, and added bell pepper and banana peppers with my onion. Thanks again!

Hash Brown Casserole I
SO SO SO GOOD! I used one can cream of celery and one can cream of potato, like another user suggested, and the O'Brien potatoes. I will definitely be making this again! One suggestion- Wherever I add pepper, I tend to also add salt. Don't do this! The two soups make the dish salty enough-- it doesn't need any extra.
