Farm Fresh Zucchini Cranberry Nut Muffins

Reviewed: Jul. 13, 2014
So yummy! The only changes I made was to exchange pecans for walnuts, and I sprinkled them with cinnamon/sugar instead of making the crumb topping. I also used dried craisins instead of fresh cranberries. A great way to use up zucchini! The cranberries add a nice zing! Thanks so much for posting this recipe!

Sriracha Biscuits

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2014
Ok, I have to admit, I didn't follow the directions exactly! I didn't add the hot sauce, but added honey instead. I didn't have half & half, so I made buttermilk with whole milk and lemon juice. The biscuits turned out awesome! This is a great basic recipe that uses self-rising flour, which I have tons of! I think there's lots of ways that you could jazz this recipe up to make it your own!

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2014
It's a great basic recipe. I was in the mood for Nutella, so I did a half cup of PB and a half cup of Nutella. I also added some chopped candy bars. I used butter instead of shortening, and added an extra 1/2 c. of flour. The end result was pure awesomeness. Seriously. :)

Cinnamon-Peach Cottage Cheese Pancakes

Reviewed: Sep. 16, 2012
I'm not sure why, because I didn't notice other reviewers saying anything about the pancakes being extremely dense and "squishy", but that's how mine turned out. After adding another cup of flour and a little bit more sugar, they turned out great. They are MUCH better WITH syrup. Also, I didn't have any vanilla, so I used almond extract instead. That was great! I would highly recommend that substitution! Oh, and I put all of the ingredients in the blender to keep the cottage cheese from making the pancakes all lumpy.

Awesome! The first loaf I made, I added walnuts, and it was fantastic. I have a loaf in the oven now that I added almond extract to... it might be delicious... I guess we'll find out in about 50 minutes and 34 seconds! Lol! :)

Fresh Southern Peach Cobbler

Reviewed: Jul. 21, 2011
YUM! I actually used canned peaches (the fresh peach crop wasn't so hot around here this year), and didn't have enough. So, I added some canned pears as well. The end result was still fantastic!

Homemade Chocolate Sandwich Cookies

Reviewed: Jun. 1, 2011
So tasty! I've found that the best frosting for these is just fluffy vanilla store-bought frosting! I made frosting from scratch for these today (didn't have store-bought on hand), and I prefer the store-bought frosting for them. It tastes more like oreo filling than buttercream frosting does.

Mmmm! SO tasty! I didn't have Romano cheese, so I used Mozzarella. I also didn't use FRESH parmesan cheese, and I was worried about how it would turn out, but it was SO good! Thanks for posting!!

I used 1 cup of chunky PB and 5 oz. cream cheese as another reviewer suggested, and omitted one egg from the filling. I also added a teaspoon of Mexican vanilla... turned out awesome! YUM!

Easy Fruit Cobbler

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2010
YUM! I did as other reviewers suggested and halved the sugar between brown and white, and I also added some Mexican vanilla to the batter mix. I used diced fresh apple and some frozen mixed berries with about 1/8 c. brown sugar and some vanilla to add sweetness and flavor. The cobbler turned out to be very tasty! :) Thanks for posting the recipe!!!

A very good recipe! I added probably another 1/4 c. of water to the onion soup mix, and used canned green beans (because they were what I had), and it still turned out awesome! Thanks for posting! I dig easy recipes!!

I'm not a huge fan of tofu, but this was pretty good... I really liked the taste that the cilantro added. It was pretty spicy (to me).
