Brown Sugar Chops
I made this for the first time the other night, served it alongside a rice side dish and seasoned green beans. We thought they were really good, my husband guessed there was honey at first, and once I told him it was brown sugar, he as pleasantly surprised. Nothing I would have changed about this recipe. Let the pork sit for a few minutes after pulling out of the oven and the sauce will thicken. Great to serve with rice so you can soak up this wonderful, sweet sauce!

Cajun Style Baked Sweet Potato
This recipe turned out exactly how it looks in the picture. My husband and I are trying to eat more sweet potato but wanted to find a different way to make them. We loved the way it made our kitchen smell as it baked. The only reason I gave this a 3 was because it turned out a little too soft, but I think next time I'll just cut them into smaller strips (think french fries) and also add a little seasoned salt or something, it needed a little something but we couldnt figure out what. We had these with the Jalapeno-Lime Marinated chicken also off this site and I do recommend. We dipped the wedges in a zingy Asian sweet sauce.

Blue Cheese Chicken Wing Dip
We had this dip tonight for the first time. First off, is very runny. However it is tasty! I cooked 5 chicken breasts and cut them up into very small bits, one bottle of wing sauce and one bottle of blue cheese dressing. I only used about 3 tablespoons of butter instead of the entire 6 as the recipe time will not use any as I dont see why it was necessary. We dipped celery sticks and tortilla chips in it and in my husband's opninion the celery sticks were best with this dip, he said he liked the "crunchiness it added" and that they helped "neutralize the spiciness" I love very spicy anything, so I liked both. We only gave a 3 star because it was runny but good, however not a "stand out dip" as my husband would put it. I think I may make it again though and play with the ingredients more.
