These were delicious. When I started to roll them in chocolate, I found that it was pretty much impossible to do, so I came on here and read some reviews and found that I should chill the balls before trying to dip them. That worked great. Still, though, it was very difficult. The chocolate was way too thick and after a while I ended up wrist deep in chocolate just smearing it on the little cream balls. It was very very messy, but it worked, and the finished product was amazing. I think they're more mini-chocolate cheesecake balls than truffles, but no matter, everyone loved them. I also made the oreos from scratch and didn't add any cream filling to the cookies, and that worked just fine.
